Return Policy

 

We hope that you love all your purchases from True Blue Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.

In Store Policy 

In store purchased items must be returned in store within 14 days of the garment being purchased in order to be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Return items must be in their unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached (if applicable).

Any damaged items must be reported within a 1-week period and prior to wearing the garment if wanting to return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

The True Blue staff will determine if the item is eligible for a damaged return and/or refund.

All Kinsey and Farrah B Jewelry have a limited 30 day warranty. If your jewels break within warranty time frame we will gladly send off for repair or replace with the same exact item per True Blue’s approval.

All discounted items are all FINAL SALE.

Online Store Policy

Purchases will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will be posted approximately 3-10 days after the date of processing.
